It'll be small, it'll be relaxing, it may involve yet another Zoom meeting.

​Ah, Thanksgiving. The one holiday where you can put on some stretch pants and gorge yourself on all kinds of tasty food. It's the start of the Holiday season, and this year, it's sure to be… Well, we have no idea what it's going to be like. Most likely, it will be quiet and not at all what you are accustomed to.
You'll most likely be apart from your family, in smaller groups, cooking smaller turkeys and racking up fewer leftovers. Is that such a bad thing? Maybe we'll all put on fewer holiday pounds this year.

Anyhow, it's time to start getting ready. So here are a few of our favorite Thanksgiving dishes for your consideration. Enjoy.​​
Stuffing! Who doesn't love a good stuffing? Are we right? Huh? Anyway, we'll just leave that one hanging out there for you to toy with.  While you do, jump in the "way back" machine to 2018 and check out our favorite stuffing recipe HERE.
Candied Yams! (Is it a Yam? Is it a Sweet Potato? What is it?) If you've never tried candied yams, you're in for a treat! Try these, trust us, you'll love them!  The friendly folks at Allrecipies.com have many recipes to choose from. Here's the recipe we like.
If neither of our favorites excites you, perhaps you could go looking for something new on your own.  Get yourself a copy of "The Fine Cooking Thanksgiving Cookbook." (Over there on the left.) It makes a great holiday gift too!
