ABOUT "AGAB's" (Ā-GABs: AS GOOD AS THE BOOK) FILMS
IS THE FILM AS GOOD AS THE BOOK (AGAB)?
Only you can be the judge of that! So we always encourage you to read the book first, however, we'll be realistic and not expect you to. Still, if you enjoy reading as much as we do, here is a list of the films, and the books that they are based on that we feel are "just" as good, "nearly" as good, or "almost" as good as the book. As our list of movie recommendations grows, when we post a recommendation that is based on a book that we have read, and for which we feel the corresponding film fits into our "AGAB" category, our "AGAB" rating will be one of the following: "just AGAB", "nearly AGAB", or "almost AGAB". We won't tell you why we chose the rating, we'll leave it up to you to read the book and decide for yourself. We wish you both happy reading and happy viewing.
