GET IN SHAPE! It's the most common personal priority for the new year. Happy New Year! We can all agree that 2021 was not what we had hoped it would be! If you're like us, you're hoping 2022 brings the of the end to the pandemic. Our "New Year's resolution" is to be as hopeful as possible! Typically, the most popular "New Year's resolution" is to get in shape. With most Gyms closed, that makes the goal even harder! What can you do? Fear not. We have a recommendation that will help you get in shape without a gym. We recommend walking! That's right, it's simple and easy to do, and you don't need a gym. You can walk anywhere, around your house, down your street, in the park. It's also easy to social-distance while walking, so bonus!

Looking for a great gadget to keep track of your activity? Get yourself a "Fitbit!" Fitbit is a product we absolutely love. Sure there are plenty of tech gadgets that can help track your health and get you motivated to get in shape. You may be a fan of the Apple Watch. If so, that's great. Still, we LOVE our FitBit, and if you want something that doesn't break the bank and is simple to use. Check out the Fitbit for yourself.
There are many models to choose from, we like the "Charge 4," it's a basic model and does everything you'll need if you're just looking to get in shape. Walking the recommended ten thousand steps a day is an excellent way to begin your fitness adventure! If you're new to getting in shape, please remember to consult your physician before starting any new exercise program.

Are you living in a colder climate? Obviously, be advised to avoid sub-zero temperatures and violent weather; however, you can still get out in the fresh air to walk even in the cold months of winter if you're brave enough. All you'll need is the right clothing. You'll probably want some of these:
